Standardization
Resolve non-conformances, change controls and qualification work through approved workflows, with consistent steps and review points across teams.
The platform
Flownium accelerates critical processes without any compromise on compliance. Your teams follow approved workflows with AI assistance, retain control of decisions and capture evidence as work happens. Deploy on your own servers or on any cloud provider’s infrastructure.
Flownium structures workflows, orchestrates data from your systems and ensures traceable, governed execution.
Flownium turns approved procedures into guided AI workflows that connect source records, human decisions and an audit package ready for review.
Today
Investigations take too long when evidence is scattered. Without a clear root cause, the same non-conformances recur.
With Flownium
Investigations run inside a workflow designed for validation. Consolidated data, structured reasoning, explicit sources.
Impact
Estimated 25-40% reduction in non-conformance analysis time (internal modeling). Better root-cause analysis to help prevent recurrence. Consistent, auditable decisions.
Today
Uneven impact analyses. Endless back-and-forth. Risk of underestimating impact.
With Flownium
Assessments run inside a complete, approved workflow. Standardized logic, governed reasoning, traceable sources.
Impact
Estimated 20-35% reduction in change control processing time (internal modeling). Aligned decisions. Lower quality risk.
Today
Slow drafting. Inconsistent structure. Quality hinges on the author.
With Flownium
Drafts generated inside a structured framework, grounded in your own data. Consistent content, explicit logic, sources built in.
Impact
Estimated 30-50% reduction in qualification and validation drafting time (internal modeling). Less rework. Inspection-ready files.
First, improve how critical work gets done. Then measure the time and value that improvement returns.
Resolve non-conformances, change controls and qualification work through approved workflows, with consistent steps and review points across teams.
Bring relevant sources and team input into the same workflow so each case spends less time waiting for information, handoffs and rework.
Keep sources, decisions and approvals connected as work happens, making the outcome easier to review and the audit package easier to assemble.
hours of work returned per year in an estimated site model
in potential annual labor value in that model
How the estimate works. * The internal model assumes 500 non-conformance investigations, 150 change controls and 50 qualification or validation files per year. Estimated hours returned equal annual case volume multiplied by estimated hours saved per case; potential labor value uses a loaded cost of $85 per hour and is rounded to $500,000. These are estimates before deployment costs, not guaranteed results. Use your own volumes, time savings and costs to calculate your return.
Flownium runs on your infrastructure and governs how AI is used in your most critical processes. It structures versioned, approved workflows around the data already living in your existing systems (QMS, ERP, LIMS, EDMS…). Every AI-driven decision is traceable, justified, and backed by its sources, with structured reasoning you can export. You control the permitted connections to your systems and any external AI providers.
Flownium puts AI execution inside a framework that holds up in regulated environments. Every workflow run is logged, versioned, and tied to explicit reasoning and sources. The workflows themselves are controlled (validation, versioning, user permissions), so decisions stay justifiable and reproducible. Every interaction and result rolls up into a structured, exportable audit trail aligned with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and similar requirements.
No. Flownium doesn't replace your existing systems. It complements them. It plugs into your ecosystem, taps your data, and structures process execution on top of the tools you already run. Your systems stay the systems of record. Flownium adds the execution, control, and decision traceability layer on top.
Across critical processes, Flownium meaningfully cuts processing time while raising decision quality. Estimated 4,000-6,000 hours saved per year for a mid-size industrial site (internal modeling, based on 500 NCs/150 change controls/50 qualifications at $85/h loaded cost), or roughly $350,000 to $500,000 in yearly savings (estimated, internal modeling). On top of that: • stronger root-cause analysis to help prevent recurring non-conformances • more consistent decisions • audit-ready files Flownium isn't just automation. It cuts time, variability, and quality risk together.
On-premise means Flownium runs on servers you control, at your site. No cloud dependency means the platform does not require a Flownium-hosted service or AWS or Azure to run; a local model can be used. On-premise does not mean air-gapped. Your deployment can connect to approved systems or external AI providers over the internet. If you choose a cloud model, data sent to that provider follows the connection and policies you approve. An installation hosted on AWS or Azure is customer-controlled cloud hosting, not on-premise.
A first use case can be live in a few weeks. Flownium plugs into your existing systems through standard connectors. No changes required on your side. Rollout is incremental: pick one critical process, structure it in Flownium, then quickly extend to other workflows. No heavy IT project. No system overhaul.
Michael is a biotechnology engineer with more than a decade in pharmaceutical and medical-device operations. He has led Quality and MSAT teams, managed complex investigations and improved how regulated work is carried out.
At Flownium, he brings Quality Assurance expertise to the product: shaping how teams investigate issues, follow procedures, review decisions and keep records that stand up to scrutiny.
Victor has an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec and more than a decade of experience building software and leading engineering teams. His work spans large-scale platforms and AI systems deployed in production.
At Flownium, he brings software engineering expertise to the product: shaping how teams execute workflows, connect their systems, oversee AI outputs and trace every decision to its source.
Arie Menachem has spent his 30+ year career in the pharmaceutical industry on both sides of the inspection table. During his nearly six years as an FDA Investigator, he inspected close to 60 pharmaceutical manufacturing sites and saw first hand where quality systems hold, and where they give way under scrutiny. He now works on the industry side of quality and is active within as Chair of the ISPE Nordic Affiliate, where he helps the community keep pace with digitalisation and AI.
He joins Flownium's advisory board to challenge the way it is built: what regulators actually expect from AI in GxP processes, and what it takes for a company to prove its quality work rather than simply claim it.
