Leadership

Michael Masson

Michael Masson

Co-founder & CEO

A biotechnology engineer, Michael has spent over 10 years in highly regulated industrial environments (pharma and medical devices). He has led Quality and MSAT departments, managed complex investigations and driven operational transformation programs. In direct contact with operations, one reality stands out: systems document processes. They don't structure decision-making. Flownium was born from this field reality: turning decisions into the engine of critical process execution.

Victor Levy

Victor Levy

Co-founder & CTO

A CentraleSupélec engineering graduate, Victor has over 10 years of experience in engineering and technology platform development. He has designed architectures capable of supporting distributed, complex and highly scalable systems. At Flownium, he designs the infrastructure that allows AI to be integrated directly into operational workflows. An architecture designed to: • connect existing systems • structure process execution • ensure traceability, governance and robustness

Advisory board

Arie Menachem

Arie Menachem

Advisory board member

Arie Menachem has spent his 30+ year career in the pharmaceutical industry on both sides of the inspection table. During his nearly six years as an FDA Investigator, he inspected close to 60 pharmaceutical manufacturing sites and saw first hand where quality systems hold, and where they give way under scrutiny. He now works on the industry side of quality and is active within as Chair of the ISPE Nordic Affiliate, where he helps the community keep pace with digitalisation and AI. He joins Flownium's advisory board to challenge the way it is built: what regulators actually expect from AI in GxP processes, and what it takes for a company to prove its quality work rather than simply claim it.
